How does Flash Cart Integrate with my web site?
First of all, do you have a web site that you want to integrate with Flash Cart?
Or do you need a brand new site designed from scratch?

If you have an existing site, we will ask you for an instance of your current Flash site so that we can properly integrate Flash Cart. If you do not wish to give us your Flash files, we will simply need to know the document size. We can then give you instructions to load the store by the LoadMovie method.

If you do not have a site, we will design the site from scratch and integrate Flash Cart.

Do I need a Merchant Account to use Flash Cart?
You do not need a merchant account to use the Flash Cart system. Flash Cart. If you wish to accept credit cards you need a merchant account. It is a good idea to accept credit cards since 85% of all online purchases are made with CC's! Flash Cart is compatible with all of the major and reputable merchant account providers. Flash Cart can provide you with your own merchant account.

Who hosts my store?
Flash Cart offers extremely reliable hosting services. If hosted with Flash Cart, you store will be hosted on one of our dedicated servers. We can also setup your store on your existing hosting environment. Whichever you prefer.

How long does it take to setup my store?
Integrating Flash Cart with your design takes roughly 30 days. If we design the site, it could take an additional two weeks. Flash Cart setup depends on the number of products you feature in your store and the complexity of your product line. Some Flash Cart clients have only a handful of products while others feature thousands.

It will take approximately one hour to add a few products to the system and to familiarize yourself with the shopping cart program. General product entry will take approximately one minute per product.

Will I need to contact Flash Cart to make changes to my store?
Flash Cart storefronts provide the flexibility to make changes to your product database from any browser.

All modifications can be made from your back office control panel from any computer connected to the Internet!
